Where to find your Serial and Registration numbers

First, the serial number.

Your serial number will be found inside your software case. There will be a label with four lines of information. It will look something like this:

Program Name

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

99-99999

99-99999

The first line is the program that you purchased. The serial number is the second line. It will only work for the program that was purchased.

The last two lines are control numbers for our internal use. You don't need to give us these numbers unless we say we need them.

Now the registration Number.

The registration number will be found when you run the program and register it and will look like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It is NOT printed anywhere in your software package. When you start the registration process, you'll be presented with a dialog to enter your name, address, etc. You will also be asked to enter the serial number. The program will normally fill in the registration number for you. If hasn't, let us know.
